We’re excited to officially launch Performaar v1.0, the all-in-one debrief and after-action review (AAR) solution.
With Performaar you can:

- Record multiple sources in synchronization while monitoring them in real-time.
- Annotate recordings with bookmarks and automated speech-to-text subtitles.
- Debrief recordings using intuitive playback controls – play, pause, seek, and revisit key moments instantly.
- Analyze performance with metrics and customizable dashboards.
- Control access with user accounts and fine-grained permissions.

Added
- Support for MPEG-4 GENERIC audio codec for RTSP streams.
- Personal Access Tokens for API authentication.
- Usability improvements to the Dashboard map.
- Additional trace and debug logging for diagnostics.
Changed
- Recording names can now be set directly when creating new recordings (API & UI).
- Server and Streamer installers now check for the minimum VC Redistributable version.
Fixed
- Unsupported video/audio codecs in RTSP streams are now skipped properly.
- Server no longer stalls when closing an RTSP stream.
- Dashboard and Media Player now stay in sync when seeking back to 0.
- Auto-layout works correctly on Recording Details during in-progress monitoring.
- The first configured DIS destination address is automatically selected when opening a Debrief.
